FFL Transfer & Storage Policy

1. Transfer Process & Fees

·  Upon arrival, all firearms must be formally logged into our Acquisition & Disposition (A&D) records before they can be transferred. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing after carrier delivery confirmation.

·  We will contact you directly when your firearm is ready for pickup. Do not assume the item is ready based solely on FedEx, UPS, or USPS tracking.

·  The standard FFL transfer fee is earned and non-refundable once the firearm is entered into our system.

·  A valid, unexpired government-issued ID with your current address is required at the time of transfer to complete ATF Form 4473.

2. Background Check Denials

·  If your NICS background check results in a "Denied" status, you are entirely responsible for contacting the original seller and arranging for the return of the firearm.

·  Transfer fees are not refunded for denied background checks, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.

3. Storage Fees

·  Customers have 30 days from the date of our initial pickup notification to complete the transfer.

·  Firearms not picked up within 30 days will accrue a storage fee of $25.00 per month (or part thereof), beginning on day 31.

4. Abandonment & Forfeiture

·  If a firearm remains uncollected for 90 days after the initial notification, it will be considered abandoned property.

·  Prior to final disposition, BUY HERE, SELL HERE will send a final written notice via Certified Mail. If the firearm is not claimed and all accrued transfer and storage fees are not paid within the timeframe specified in the notice, the customer forfeits ownership.

·  BUY HERE, SELL HERE reserves the right to dispose of or sell the abandoned firearm at our discretion to satisfy the bailee's storage lien and administrative costs.
